MOT Testing
Three years after the original registration date, your vehicle will
require an MOT test certificate. Boxer Motor Company has trained personnel
who are authorised to perform an MOT test on your car or a light commercial
van up to 3,000 kg Gross Vehicle Weight or Mass (GVW or GVM). Check
your vehicle's chassis plate for these figures or contact us.

- Small adjustments and most bulb replacements usually fitted free
of labour charge
- Forward dating of MOT by up to one month upon receipt of your unexpired
Certificate, or if it is your vehicle's first MOT, then your V5 Registration
Document

TIP
Do you have a 53 prefix or older registration vehicle? It could
be due for its first MOT. Check the V5 Registration Document or
your logbook for the precise date. Some car dealers tax vehicles
for just the first six months and so owners may find that the first
MOT is due six months before their annual Road Fund Licence. If
you drive your vehicle without a valid MOT certificate, you could
