Servicing
Renault specialists Boxer Motor Company carries out routine servicing
of most makes of petrol and diesel cars and small vans, including those
with automatic transmission.
For economical and optimum performance, we recommend servicing at
the intervals specified by the vehicle manufacturer. This is usually
every 12,000 miles for petrol vehicles and every 6,000 miles for diesel,
or once a year if your annual mileage is low.

If your car is five years old, has the cam belt been replaced
recently?
Most cam belts last about five years, and there's no way of knowing
when they're likely to go. Replacing the cam belt will cost £150
on average - but a broken or snapped cam belt can cause serious
engine damage, possibly costing £1000 or more to repair. Check
your service receipts and if the cam belt hasn't been replaced,
