We provide a personalised quality service for vehicles that are still within the manufacturers warranty period as well as cars that over 3 years old. Our servicing will not invalidate your warranty. We will ensure your service book is stamped and more importantly we will save you money on main dealer service pricing.

We ensure any work that needs to be undertaken is discussed with you first and agreed before we take any further action.

  • Are your tyre treads legal?
The minimum MOT requirement is 1.6mm over the central three-quarters of the tyre surface. For some types of vehicle, there must also be visible tread on the remaining quarter. To ensure your safety, we suggest you have a minimum of 2mm tread over the entire surface of the tyres - and use the tyre pressures recommended by your vehicle manufacturer.

  • Do you have an 07 prefix or older registration vehicle?
It could be due for its first MOT. Check the V5 Registration Document for the precise date. Some car dealers only tax vehicles for six months and so owners may find that the first MOT is due before their Road Fund Licence. If you drive your vehicle without a valid MOT certificate, you could invalidate your motor insurance policy. Not sure when the MOT is due? Call us today.

  • Flashing lights?
Wondering why that instrument panel light is flashing – or permanently on? Don’t ignore it! If you don’t know why your vehicle’s engine management light is on, for example, phone us or come and ask us, even if the vehicle appears to be performing normally. The warning could indicate the start of a major defect or a breakdown. Get it checked now!

  • 4 year old car?
If your car is four years old it may be due for a cam belt replacement. Most cam belts last about five years, and there's no way of knowing when they're likely to go. Replacing the cam belt will cost between £200 - £1,000 (depending on make and model) but a broken or snapped cam belt can cause serious engine damage, possibly costing £1000 or more to repair. Check your service receipts and if the cam belt hasn't been replaced, call us.
